Finished emails.
In your brand.
In your ESP.

Approve a brief, and Caliber will write the email in your voice, from your own rules, and build it from your own blocks with your legal lines in place.

Caliber Email is email production software for CRM teams. The finished email lands in your ESP as a draft, with a score that shows its work. A named person signs it off.

Caliber’s final-check view for the Guji harvest launch of Holm Coffee, a fictional brand: the brief on the left, the built email at 100% in the middle with one line marked, a watch-word finding with a suggested rewrite on the right, and the checks below it, four clear and one advisory.

Made for whoever owns the email calendar.

Caliber takes on the recurring production work, writing, building and checking the emails, whether the calendar belongs to one person or a whole CRM team.

When production fills the week, segmentation, testing and reading the results wait.

    The brief.

Set the goal, the audience, the tone, the lines that must appear, the products and the offer.

The Brief step for Holm Coffee’s Guji harvest launch: the brief in the team’s words, the audience, three markets, three products from the catalogue and the must-say line, with a brief check beside it.
  2. 02 / Caliber

    Written in your voice.

Caliber writes every field from the brand’s own rules: tone, vocabulary, claims and legal lines. Words the brand never uses never reach the draft.

The copy for the Guji harvest launch, with Holm Coffee’s voice score beside it: four dimensions clear and Restraint borderline because of one watch word.
  3. 03 / Caliber

    Email built.

The email is assembled from the brand’s own blocks, with the products you named taken from the catalogue.

The Guji harvest launch email with each section labelled as one of Holm Coffee’s blocks: masthead, hero, copy, a product grid of three catalogue products, a button band and a footer with the Danish legal line.
  4. 04 / You

    Signed off.

You see the finished email, its brand score and anything worth a second look, in one view. Accept or revise, then approve the version.

The final-check view after approval: approved by Alma Lind on version 3, the suggested rewrite accepted, and the checks below.
  5. 05 / Export

    A draft in the ESP.

The approved version lands in the ESP as a draft, here in Klaviyo.

The Klaviyo panel: the Guji harvest launch created as a draft for Denmark, Sweden and Germany, not scheduled.

Try it on your next campaign.

Your rules, line by line.

Every draft arrives with a score against your brand guide, one dimension at a time, so you can see why it’s on brand without reading every line. Where a line sits outside a rule, whoever wrote it, you see the line, the rule and a suggested rewrite, and you can disagree with it.

Planned · MCP

Ask for it in Claude or ChatGPT.

Your team will be able to ask for an email from the assistant it already uses. Caliber will write it from your brand’s rules, build it from your blocks and put it in your ESP as a draft for a named person to sign off. An assistant will never approve.

An assistant window: someone asks for the approved Danish Guji launch email in Klaviyo, and Caliber answers with the finished Holm Coffee email, approved by the Head of E-commerce and waiting in Klaviyo as a draft.

Who’s building it.

Caliber is built by Alexander Andersson, who has led CRM for 15+ years at IKEA (Ingka Group, 30+ markets), Bauer Media Group and Adobe.

Before you sign up.

Which email platforms does Caliber work with?

Caliber Email has integrations with Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Voyado, Customer.io and Iterable. Tell us yours when you sign up.

Can we use Caliber from Claude or ChatGPT?

That is planned. Caliber Email will have its own MCP server, so your team can ask for an email from Claude or ChatGPT with the same brand rules and the same sign-off. An assistant will never approve. MCP for Claude and ChatGPT sets out how it will work.

How does it learn our brand’s voice?

From your brand guide and 6–12 months of past sends, turned into a versioned brand profile (tone, vocabulary, claims rules) with a voice contract per market. Then we calibrate on 30–50 of your past emails until Caliber’s review agrees with your team’s.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. Calibration configures your workspace; it doesn’t train or fine-tune a model on your content.

Does it send anything?

No. Caliber only creates drafts.

How will it be priced?

Per brand, not per seat: your whole team uses it. The tier follows how your emails get signed off, from one named approver to a brand owner and approvers per market. Markets are included, and more can be added. Sends and volume are never metered. How pricing works.

We’re an agency. Does this work for us?

Yes: licences per client brand. Choose “We’re an agency” when you sign up.

When does it open?

To small groups in turn. You get one email when there’s a seat for you.

Bring a real brief to your walkthrough.

We’re opening Caliber to a few CRM teams at a time. Join the list, and when there’s a seat for you we’ll walk you through Caliber with one of your own briefs. Early-access teams get first call on the pilot.
